This would be the day you arrive at Delhi Airport. Transportation would be provided from Airport till the hotel. As per our programme you are supposed to rest at the hotel. But, if you arrive early and wish to travel you may do the sight seeing in Delhi (own expence).

This entire day would be spent travelling as its 10 hours drive from Delhi to Manali. Depending on the strength of the group you would be provided cabs or a volvo bus.

You will be introduced to your motorcycles today, we will then be giving you a shorthand on to the bike and you can take the bike for a ride so that you can test the bike yourself. Towards the evening you would be given the tour introduction by the tour leader. Evening would be a leisure time so everyone would be free to do whatever little shopping or other sight seeing that one wishes for.

Today would be a long day so we try and start a bit early. We would be following the river beas till bhunter on National highway and then after we take the kandi road which will take us through less crowded roads giving us a glimpse of Himachal village lifestyle. After riding on these off beat tracks we will soon find ourselves on highway travelling throught the beautiful dharamshala forests. Evening we relax and prepare for next days ride.

This day would be a bit relaxed one so no need to start early morning. Just like the day before the ride would be a bit warm. We would be travelling through the dauladhar range which are not very high mountains but small beautiful hills. Entering the chamba valley we reach khajjiar which has a small beautiful lake in the centre and is surrounded by thick forest all around. We halt here for a night.

We would be travelling in Chamba district today. Not a very hectic day but a beautiful ride with less trafic and minimum tourists.

By now everyone is well aquainted to the bike so lets start travelling on sum bumpy slippery roads. We start our climb up towards sach pass. We pass by untouched forests and many water falls soon crossing the tree line and entering the rocky area. Cold winds and fog everywhere wouldn't be a surprise. After reaching sach pass we now prepare for downhill all the way to killar.

This would be the most adventurous day. Travelling through the road that the faint hearted don't dare as there is mountain on one side and thousand feet drop on the other with no railing or safety in between. To make things more challenging the road is filled with dust, rock and mud. Travelling slowly and safely we reach towards Kishtwar and halt for the night.

After yesterdays adventure today we travel on much better roads. Entering Kashmir we make our way towards Srinagar enjoying the scenic beauty.

Today we do the local sight seeing of Srinagar. Visit the famous dal lake and gardens of Kashmir. Take it light for the day and rest in the evening.

Again a very beautiful day for a road trip travelling through meadows, passing by sonmarg we cross over Zozila pass and Enter Kargil.

We start early today as its a bumpy ride. We start for a few hours on tarmack as we pass by suru valley. Soon the smooth lovely tarmac is left behing and we enter the dry region of Zanskar. Passing by Nun Kun galcier we would be riding on dusty trails surronded by grass and on both side we can see the mighty Himalayas. Some more bumps for few hours and we reach Rangdum where we stretch and relax for sometime. Then we start our climb for Penzila pass. Just as we cross Penzila pass we will be witnessing a very big glacier, the drang drung Glacier which is many miles long. Soon after we decend a bit and travel for a few more hours and finally reach Padum.

Today we start early but travel less. By lunch time we would reach Purnay. We reach early so that we reach purnay by lunch time. Soon after the riders interested can go for a hike till Phuktal monastery. Before night fall we come back and sleep in our tents.

Today it is very important to leave early as we have to cross some streams and if we are late then the water levels may rise and we might not be able to cross it. So we have an early start and travel in the dry lands of Zanskar. Passing by gombo rangjum we now start our accent towards shinkula pass. It's quite a steep climb up the pass but not before long we would be up there. Click a few pictures and we start decending towards Jispa.

After breakfast we start our jouney. On the way we have a few watercrossings (depending on the weather), we would be passing by two lakes Deepak tal and Suraj tal aswell. Baralacha is one of the most dangerous passes as the weather here is unpredictable and it snows a lot here. So we cross it and then ride on the plains of Sarchu till we reach our camps for the night.

Today would be bit longer then rest of the days so we start early. We would we welcomed by the ghata loops, a total of 22 loops till we reach Nakeela pass, take a dip and then climb up agian to reach lanchugla pass. Passing by some beautiful dry scenery we reach pang and halt for lunch. After lunch we soon find ourself riding on more plains. You will see how the roof of the world looks like. More plains goes on for miles. It's just flat for miles at such great altitude. We now have to conqure the worlds second highest motorable pass, Taglangla. We now start desceding passing by narrow gorge with roads filled with turns all the way. Before we reach Leh the gorge opens and welcomes us by showing a glimpse of beautiful ladakh.

It is a free day so every one is free to do what ever they desire. You may rest or explore the near by places.

The day starts with a climb up the highest motorable road. It doesn't take long before we reach there just to know that we have way much more to decend till we reach Nubra valley. We try and reach early so that we can visit Diskit monastery and get a ride on the double hump camels at Hunder..

Not being a very long and hectic day we start a bit late towards Shyok. We just follow the valley enjoying the ride till we reach Pangong. We have the evening for ourselves to enjoy the beauty of Pangong lake

This being our last day we start a bit early. Pass by Changla pass, World's Third Highest Motorable pass. Reach leh early in the evening. In the evening there would be arrangements made for a Traditional Ladakhi Cultural Program for all the riders to experience.

Flight leaves early morning from leh so everyone rise according to there flight timings. Taxi would be arranged for everyone till leh airport.

Day 13. Padum

After a relaxed morning we will go for some sight seeing around Padum. We will visit Karsha Monastery which is one of the oldest monastery of the region and has an amazing view of the Zanskar Valley. Evening is free to roam the streets of Padum.
